Equifax.co.uk (2007)

During my time at Equifax, I was fortunate enough to experience working in a number of different roles. Starting from customer service where I built empathy listening to frustrated customers calling the helpline every day, to working as a business analyst responsible for lean process improvement. Ultimately finishing up my time there designing in-house marketing materials and working on the brands website presence in the United Kingdom.

The pay wasn’t great but the experience was foundational for me and helped launch my career as a designer. Click the image below to view full size.
